Each hat is hand-sewn and custom made with care. Please allow 1–6 weeks for production, as every piece is created to order. Many orders are completed sooner depending on current supply and demand.

Each hat features an authentic vintage NFR buckle paired with bright silver mini conchos, creating a timeless western design that can be dressed up or down. Because authentic vintage buckles are used, slight variations, patina, and signs of age are to be expected, making every hat one of a kind.

Original Design:

The authentic vintage NFR buckle with heart concho hat design is an original Second Saddle Vintage creation. While the vintage buckles and conchos themselves are not my creations, the concept, layout, placement, and overall design of this hat are my original work.

No two hats will be exactly alike, ensuring you receive a unique, handcrafted piece that celebrates authentic western style and vintage craftsmanship.
